Maldives Customs Service (MCS) held a special ceremony on 26th January 2020, to mark International Customs Day. The ceremony was officiated by the Honorable Minister of Defense, Uz. Mariya Ahmed Didi – the cabinet member assigned to MCS.

Mr. Pranab Kumar Das, Vice Chair Asia Pacific region and Chairman CBIC, India has won the election to the post of the Director, Compliance & Facilitation at the WCO for a term of 5 years. He garnered 108 votes against the UK candidate who got 68 votes.
Shri C.K. Mishara, Secretary, MoEF&CC inaugurated UN library at NACIN Faridabad on 11.06.2019 in the presence of Shri Pranab Kumar Das, Chaiman, CBIC and Shri Atul Bagai, Contry Head, UNEP, India. Shri Devendra Singh, Principal DG and other Senior officials and staff of NACIN were present during the occassion.
