INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS DAY CELEBRATION IN INDIA

Union Minister of State for Finance & Corporate Affairs, Shri  Anurag Singh Thakur has expressed confidence that with concerted efforts of the Central Board of Indirect Taxes & Customs (CBIC), India would further improve its position in ranking for Ease of Doing Business. 

Bangladesh Customs has celebrated International Customs Day on 26 January, 2020 with great festivity as elsewhere around the world. National Board of Revenue (NBR) undertook a wide range of programmes to celebrate the day in a befitting manner.

The Financial Secretary, Mr Paul Chan (ninth right) and the Commissioner of Hong Kong Customs, Mr Hermes Tang (ninth left), together with directorate of Hong Kong Customs and other prominent guests, propose a toast to guests at the ICD 2020 reception.

Ten Singapore Customs officers who demonstrated commitment in their work towards the theme of “Customs fostering Sustainability for People, Prosperity and the Planet”, were awarded the World Customs Organisation Certificate of Merit on 22 Jan 2020

In our country, on 26th January we celebrate World Customs Day annually. The competence employees, retirees and Tournament winners were honored and appreciated. Local authorities and director generals of The customs gave some gifts to the staff.
